Eligibility
The Beauty Hive sells to businesses. Wholesale pricing requires a valid resale certificate or business licence, which we verify before your first order ships.
Live sale participation
Reserved seats are personal to your account. Winning bids and claimed lots during a live sale are binding orders, payable at the price shown when the lot closes.
Pricing and availability
Inventory is drawn from overstock and closeout channels, so quantities are finite. Where a lot sells out between reservation and checkout, we will offer a comparable lot or a full refund.
Shipping and risk
Orders ship from our US warehouse, typically within 48 hours. Risk passes on delivery, and every shipment is tracked and insured.
Returns
Items that arrive damaged or materially different from their listing may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
